CRZprestige & CRZtresor Lifetime Warranty

We are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on selected CRZtales line to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the coverage and claim process.

1. Coverage

Our lifetime warranty covers full-priced retail purchases only and applies to the following CRZtales line:

• CRZtresor
• CRZprestige

Covered Defects (within one year of purchase):

• Manufacturing defects, including:
  
  • Defective clasps or closures
  • Structural issues, such as broken links due to workmanship
  • Tarnishing beyond normal wear

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, water, or perfumes)
• Accidental damage, mistreatments of crystals, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse
• Loss or theft of item
• Customization or modifications after purchase
• Alterations or repairs by third parties
• Improper care, including exposure to harsh environments

2. Repairs & Replacements

We offer both repairs and replacements, subject to the following conditions:

• Repairs:
  • Free repair for manufacturing defects within the first year.
  • After the first year, repairs may incur a parts fee, while labor costs remains covered.
  • Please note that gemstones, crystals and beads are not covered under repairs and replacement.
• Replacements:
  • If an item or part of the item is beyond repair, we will replace it with the same or similar item (subject to stock availability).
  • A one-time one-to-one exchange replacement per item is allowed within the first year under the warranty.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for both repairs and replacements.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via Instagram DM (@CRZtales) with the following details:
   • Order number or proof of purchase
   • Clear photos of the item and the issue
   • A brief description of the issue
2. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 5 working days.
3. If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item to us.

4. Limitations

• The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser using the same IG account.
• Each product is eligible for one major claim (replacement) per lifetime within a period of 1 year, while minor repairs may be addressed as needed.

5. General Terms

• The warranty is void if the jewellery has been altered, misused, or not cared for according to our care instructions.
• We reserve the right to determine whether a claim falls under the warranty policy.

6. Communication

Our lifetime warranty details will be available on our website and communicated via our social media channels.
